NAI: Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Excellence in the Profession

Kicking off this series, is NAI with a panel discussion on excellence in diversity and inclusion in the interpretive profession. How can interpretive sites better serve underserved communities? How can we create inclusive employment opportunities by making jobs accessible socioeconomic, ethnic, and other demographic categories? Diversifying our visitor base, creating inclusive marketing campaigns, and adjusting our programming and hiring practices to be more accessible are all key points in defining excellence in interpretation.
