About the Course
Coaching is a powerful tool for supporting interpreters. This course will help you discover the difference between coaching and supervision and equip you to support others through more effective coaching techniques.
During this course you will learn about different coaching styles and identify your own. By engaging in reflective activities and group discussion, you will put new skills into practice including asking coaching questions and giving positive, provisional, and specific feedback. The course culminates with an interactive feedback session with an interpreter, ensuring you will leave ready to coach interpreters at your site.
