This course provides effective training strategies and techniques for individuals looking to develop or enhance their training skills.
During this course, you will explore both the theory and practice of training, focusing on effective design and accessibility approaches. You’ll examine how training fits within the field of interpretation, understand the differences between in-person and online formats, and engage in hands-on activities using current training technologies. Additionally, you’ll learn the fundamentals of assessment and evaluation.
Participants earn 32 hours of continuing education.
