Commercial Membership

We have broken our Commercial Memberships out into three levels. Benefits for each are listed below.

Commercial Standard - $565

Benefits valued at over $1,000
Commercial Standard members of NAI will enjoy a variety of benefits that help put them front and center with the interpretation community. 

Commercial Standard members receive the following benefits:

• Professional membership benefits for up to two company representatives ($180 value); additional staff can join at a discounted Professional member rate
• Member pricing for staff to attend NAI trainings and events, quantity discounts available for NAI National Conference
• Receive RFP emails
• Access to and listing in the NAI online Membership Directory in the Interpreter's Network
• Discounted rates on NAI advertising opportunities (on average a 20% discount from nonmember advertising fees), plus these additional advertising opportunities:
  • Listing in the Vendor Connect Directory (exclusive to NAI commercial members, $300 value)
  • Free base listing in the Vendor Connect Directory will be upgraded to include company logo ($175 value)
  • Exclusive right to rent the NAI membership mailing list ($0.20/name)
  • Discounted booth at the in-person National Conference Exhibit Hall (value dependent on year and venue, generally around a $200 savings)
  • Discounted entry fee for the annual Media Awards competition ($75 value)
  • First right of refusal for NAI sponsorship opportunities
  • Upgraded advertising on NAI's Job Board, with visibility outside of the NAI Member Area (exclusive to NAI commercial and institutional members $100 value)

Commercial Plus - $1065

Benefits valued at over $3000

Commercial Plus membership in NAI is for the larger business interested in being featured in multiple ways in the interpretation community. Commercial Plus members receive all of the benefits of a Commercial Standard member, plus a number of free advertising opportunities:

• Professional membership benefits for up to five company representatives ($450 value); additional staff can join at a discounted Professional member rate
• Member pricing for staff to attend NAI trainings and events, quantity discounts available for NAI National Conference participation
• Receive RFP emails
• Access to and listing in the NAI online Membership Directory
• Commercial member rates on NAI advertising opportunities (on average a 20% discount from nonmember advertising fees)
• Free base listing in the NAI Vendor Connect (formerly the NAI Green Pages) will be upgraded to include logo ($175 value)
• Unlimited listings in the Vendor Connect Directory (exclusive to NAI commercial members, $500 value)
• Exclusive right to rent the NAI membership mailing list ($0.12/name)
• One single use of the NAI Membership Mailing List (provided as an Excel spreadsheet upon your request with email addresses or postal addresses) (average savings of over $500)
• Free 1/3 display ad in the Green Pages ($550 value, can be upgraded)
• Free 1/6 page ad in one issue of Legacy  magazine ($319 value, can be upgraded or put towards current advertising contract)
• Free sponsorship of one issue of NAI Now, with circulation to approximately 20,000+ interpreters ($250 value)
• One free entry in the annual Media Awards competition ($100 value), additional entries at discounted rate of $25 per entry
