The conference committee is so excited to bring this virtual conference a service to our members! Do you need more reason (or justification) to attend? Here are highlights of the NAI IN Section Virtual Conference, hosted on the WHOVA platform:
- A 2-day opportunity to meet and network with other members with no travel involved and low
“early bird” registration rates for members, students, seasonal interpreters, volunteers, and
retired interpreters.
- 16 Credit Hours for Recertification!
- “Out on A Limb” Interpreters’ Quiz with prize, a leaderboard contest, and a photo contest all
designed to help members network.
- Two keynotes, words from NAI staff, board, virtual field trips, and sessions presented by members in several different tracks.
- Opportunity to view everything available for 90 days, so no worries if you can’t attend in real time
- Online auction fundraiser for the IN Section.
Early Pricing:
Regular Registration: $150
NAI Members: $75
NAI Retired, Seasonal, Volunteer Members: $50*
NAI Student Members: $50*
Registration rates will increase by $25 on August 1, 2026.
*Discounted pricing for students, seasonal, volunteer, and retired members is a Membership Benefit; meaning that you MUST be an NAI member at one of these levels to receive any of these discounted workshop pricing options. Visit the membership page to learn more.
Please note BEFORE you register!
- If you can’t attend the conference in “real time” but want to get the credit and view everything,
register and create a WHOVA account when prompted via an email from the registration chair.
Then you can simply log in afterward and view everything. You cannot register AFTER the
conference is over to view recordings. If already have a WHOVA account, you should be able to get
back in again.
- When you are ready to register, think about the email address you want to use. Don’t let your
agency’s firewall get in your way! If you need to use your personal email, please do so when you
register. This is the information sent to the registration chair, who will send you a few emails:
acknowledgement of your registration and an invitation with code to join the conference via
WHOVA. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see them.
- Early bird registration ends August 1. After August 1, the registration fee increases, and
registration closes August 9.
