Delivering online programs isn’t simply replacing the in-person experience with a recorded one. Audiences respond differently to online programs. This session will explore ways that interpreters can put the personal aspect of personal interpretation into virtual settings for meaningful and engaging programs.

Since 2015, Nikki has been an independent trainer for the National Association for Interpretation’s Certified Interpreter Guide curriculum which went virtual in 2020. Nikki has taught over 25 courses on Zoom so far offering students a chance to develop and deliver online programming in addition to in-person experiences.
